Wonderful stay!

Stayed in one of Kevin's tiny homes on the lake front with my partner for 4th of July weekend to get away from the city and the crowds. It was everything we wanted, and more. Kevin was very responsive and friendly and sends all the info you need ahead of time so you can relax and just enjoy. The tiny home is well stocked - we didn't want for anything. We enjoyed getting out and exploring some of Mystic and New London, but our favorite part was definitely just relaxing by the lake on the chairs behind our tiny home. Just a note for fellow exercise addicts because I wish Airbnb collected and reported this for every listing: The town roads immediately adjacent to the camp grounds do not have sidewalks so I decided running in the mornings was too risky for me. But there are LOTs of opportunities to bike, swim, do some lakeside yoga, or paddle across the lake in one of Kevin's (free) kayaks to get some activity in, so you won't miss it!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake cabin! It was even better than the pictures. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The peaceful setting made it the perfect place to disconnect from everyday life. It was quiet, romantic, and exactly what we were looking for as a couple. We loved waking up by the lake and enjoying the calm surroundings. If you’re looking for a cozy, romantic getaway, I highly recommend this place. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

We had such a beautiful weekend getaway - it was the perfect spot with so much to do! From taking in the scenic view, to kayaking, and enjoying the beach - everything was within a 2-3 minute walk! You can end your night with time by the fire or enjoy a night in making dinner and watching a movie on a very nice TV! We’ve already recommended this place to friends and will surely be back again :)

We love it here! Kevin is the best host and the tiny home is so beautiful. We’ve stayed a couple times now and I want to go back right after we leave. The property is so beautiful from the lake views, to the kayaking and swimming!

Kevin and Carter responded to all our needs and made our stay very comfortable. It was a peaceful and tranquil… just what we wanted! We especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and views of the lake. Having the firewood already bundled was especially nice. Thanks so much. Linda and Michael D

The unit was very clean and functional. We booked it expecting to use the kayaks on the lake and we had no issues making that happen. The kayaks are very close and easy to access. The RV park offers the perfect setting for a tranquil lakefront experience. 10/10 experience would do it again in a heart beat
